VOIP- We have done a wide range of testing with various VOIP services on broadband. Both Skype and Packet 8 seem to work well on either Sprint or Verizon. (just a note- Verizon has more latency but has, I think, a workable solution. )
Remote Access- Working on the office computer from the road can be a challenge, from both a performance and a security point of view. We have tried numerous options, currently we are testing echoVNC as a candidate for our remote support services.
